Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency (MORA) and North Mississippi Medical Center (NMMC) are teaming up to host the 3rd annual Tour de Life cycling event to bring awareness to organ, eye and tissue donation. In the United States 114,000+ men, women, and children are on a waiting list to receive a life-saving organ transplant. One donor can save up to eight lives and one tissue donor can heal the lives of seventy-five others. Through organ, eye and tissue donation, hundreds of thousands of lives are being improved.
