Race 13.1 is returning to the "Gateway of the West" for the second Race 13.1 St. Louis, MO half marathon and 5k on May 21, 2017 after a very successful inaugural race in 2016! The race will again start and finish at Missouri Research Park, a 200-acre research and development park in St. Charles County, and will feature a course filled with scenic greenways and beautiful views of the Missouri River and conservation areas. The looped course will follow local trails, including the Busch Greenway, Katy Trail and Hamburg Trail.
With temperatures in the mid-60s to low 70s, this race will be a beautiful late spring race for runners looking for a great destination race! Be sure to make time to take in all St. Louis has to offer: visit the iconic Gateway Arch or Six Flags St. Louis, take a tour of the historic Anheuser-Busch Brewery (if you're 21 years or older!) and take in some live blues music in the entertainment district in the heart of downtown Ballpark Village St. Louis.
